To maximize shareholder value, this giant and very prominent financial services sector player decided to divide the company along the lines to unleash maximum benefits to the owners. 

Anji Technologies LLC was requested to assist in delivering quality assurance certificate to insure the newly formed company and its IT infrastructure was capable of deliver timely and accurate reporting and was able to process one days-worth of data over night.  The engagement involved identifying all the bottlenecks to restrict processing speed and user and regulatory reporting to insure accurate and timely reports were generated.
